This Payment Policy describes USD display, checkout methods, authorization, security review, and refund routing for Bhnxj journal purchases. Our default checkout payment provider is Shopify Payments.
The final total is displayed before confirmation. Ribbons, elastic bands, pockets, folders, inserts, or spare cords expressly included in the package do not create an undisclosed later accessory fee. The purchase covers the listed physical blank paper product; it does not include cloud storage, calendar synchronization, downloadable page content, handwriting service, printing of customer notes, or a paid planning consultation. Journal purchases are one-time transactions rather than recurring planning subscriptions, annual renewals, per-page charges, or paid writing services.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Shopify Payments-supported cards and digital wallets that are currently enabled are displayed at checkout.
Only payment methods currently shown at checkout are available for the order, and the storefront payment icons must match those active methods. Only methods displayed in the live Shopify Payments checkout for the customer's location and device are available. A planner grid, notebook image, brand logo, or payment reference elsewhere on the site cannot activate a method missing from checkout. Empty boxes or dots shown on a page are physical ruling, not payment buttons, coupon codes, wallet symbols, or a digital checkout interface.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
Transactions are submitted through Shopify Payments using encrypted checkout connections. Sensitive payment credentials remain within Shopify's protected payment environment.
Checkout information is transmitted through encrypted connections, while complete card credentials and authorization stay within Shopify Payments and never belong in photographs of journal pages or support correspondence.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify maintains Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance for its payment environment. Our store receives the transaction status and order information needed to process the purchase.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment credential verification is handled by Shopify Payments and the relevant financial institution.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States dollars, shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. At checkout, Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD and Tax: $0.00 USD. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
Checkout submission requests authorization and remains subject to stock, address, and security review. If several formats ship separately to protect corners and bindings, the parcel split does not authorize duplicate collection of the completed item total. Separate tracking for a hardcover and wire planner is a logistics event rather than a new order. Exactly three included refill booklets remain part of the stated travel-journal price and are not charged again when grouped in the parcel. Support will not request complete card credentials by email to replace an included refill booklet or correct a model selection.
Billing Information
Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.
Failed or Pending Payments
If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.
Fraud Review
An order may be paused or cancelled if authorization fails or transaction indicators reasonably suggest unauthorized use. Review uses appropriate order and transaction information and never requires photographs of completed journal pages, personal schedules, passwords, private account notes, or remote access to a device. An approved refund follows the original payment method even when a paper product returns in a different protective carton, unless applicable law requires another route.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank, card issuer, or wallet processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. The Tax field displays $0.00 USD. Customers pay only the product total shown before payment because standard shipping is also $0.00 USD.
